Arthur Blinci has over thirty years experience working with captive and self-insurance programs. He's served as a vice-president for a Vermont based property/casualty insurance company and risk manager of a self-insured workers' compensation program.


Azure Hills Risk Management Consulting currently provides workers' compensation administration for a self-insured faith-based seven employer group that covers over 10,500 employees in the State of California. 


Our administrative services include: employer support for verification of insurance, coordination with the TPA on claims management, obtaining excess insurance and actuarial services for the plan, self-insured compliance, payroll audits, annual reports, monthly safety newsletter, and on-site workplace safety inspections.
